Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:
- 7–14 business days, depending on your location
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Order confirmation & tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped (if applicable).
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect address / undeliverable shipments
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- lost packages due to address errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Partial shipments
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and opening an investigation.
