Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with DreamyToronto.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the conditions below carefully before submitting a request.

🚚 Return shipping costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We do not offer free returns for:
  • wrong size ordered
  • change of mind
  • dislike of color or style
  • “no longer needed” items

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🛠 Defective or incorrect items

If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received, please contact us first.

To prevent abuse and for verification purposes, we require photo or video evidence of the issue.

If a defect or fulfillment error is confirmed, DreamyToronto will:

• cover reasonable return shipping costs, or
• provide an alternative solution, such as:
  • replacement item
  • partial refund
  • full refund where appropriate

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

📏 Wrong size policy

We provide detailed size charts for all products.

• DreamyToronto is not responsible if the wrong size is ordered.
• Return shipping costs for sizing issues are the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend checking measurements before placing an order.

✔️ Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• item must be unused and unwashed
• in the original packaging
• with all tags and accessories attached
• proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need another size or color:

• place a new order
• return the original item for a refund (if eligible)

❌ Non-returnable items

• gift cards
• final sale or clearance items (non-refundable unless defective)
• worn or washed items
• hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable)

⏳ Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

• refunds are issued to the original payment method
• within 10 business days (bank processing time may vary)

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.

❌ Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
